New Rice Card
Documents Required
- Proof of identity (Aadhaar card, voter ID card, PAN card, etc.)

Rice Card For Single Member
Eligibility Criteria
- Single woman who lost her husband and never had any children.
- Single man who lost his wife and never had any children.
- Transgender.
- Unmarried and above 50 years of age (male or female).
Rice Card Members Addition
Add new members to your rice card with ease, whether due to a birth or marriage.

- Proof of address (Aadhaar card, driving license, voter ID)
- Proof of identity (passport, driving license, voter ID)

- New member’s photograph
- Birth and marriage certificate (mandatory)
Eligibility Criteria
Two categories for adding new members:
- Category 1: Addition due to birth of a child under 15 years of age who is not yet included in the rice card database.
- Category 2: Addition due to marriage, migrating from an existing rice card, or adding a new member to the rice card database.
Rice Card Members Splitting

Eligibility Criteria
There are two types of rice card splits:
- Normal split: This is for rice cardholders who have two family units existing in their rice card. The split card can be applied by splitting at least two or more members of a family with at least two members in the existing card.
- Single member split: This is for the following categories:
- Widow (female) and never had any children: A woman single member who lost her husband and never had any children can apply in this category.
- Widower (male) and never had any children: A male single member who lost his wife and never had any children can apply in this category.
- Transgender: A transgender can apply in this category.
- Unmarried and above 50 years of age (Male or Female): A single male or female member who has not married and is living alone can apply in this category.
Correction of wrong Aadhaar seeding
This service allows for updating wrongly seeded Aadhaar information into the Rice Card database.
Member Deletion in Rice Card
This service only allows for the deletion of a member from the rice card in the event of death.

Rice Card Surrender
Rice card surrender is the process of cancelling a rice card. This can be done for a number of reasons, such as if the cardholder has moved out of the area, if the cardholder no longer needs the card, or if the cardholder has died.
