Mutation by Corrections & Automatic Pattadar Passbook Ordering by LP Number
This service is used to apply for clerical corrections to Land Parcel Numbers (LPNs) where the resurvey has been completed and Land Rights Certificates (Bhu Hakku Patrams) have been distributed.
Process of Applying the Application through DA/EDPS
- The DA/EDPS will select the service “Mutation by Corrections & Automatic Pattadar Passbook Ordering.
- Applicant details will be pre-filled from the Household Database based on the Aadhaar number. The relation with the Pattadar must be selected manually, and this is a mandatory field.
- Enter Land Details “District, Mandal, Village, LP Number” and Enter the Aadhaar of Pattadar for Authentication.
- Pattadar details (basic details, permanent address, and mailing address) will be pre-filled based on the Aadhaar number provided at Pattadar Authentication.
- If the Pattadar resides outside of Andhra Pradesh, select the “Yes” radio button for the question “Does your postal address belong to another state?” and then clearly enter the Pattadar’s address.
- Make any necessary corrections in the Request Entry tab. You cannot correct the following fields: land parcel number, land parcel total extent, old SyNo/subdivision, old SyNo/subdivision extent, khatha number, and occupant extent fields.
- To correct the Pattadar photo, select the “Yes” radio button for the question “Do you want to update the photo?” if you need to change the photo. Otherwise, select the “No” radio button.
- Choose the passbook type (e-passbook or security printed pattadar passbook) based on your needs. (Security printed passbook means that the passbook will be printed and then dispatched to the citizen’s address.)
- Upload the required documents listed below and click the “Show Payment” button.
- Once the payment is successful, the request will be sent to the Webland Tahsildar Login for further processing.

Application process flow: GSWS → Tahsildar (Webland) → VRO → Tahsildar → SC/RDO (scrutiny of rejected cases) → Tahsildar (final disposal)

Login Wise Sub-SLAs in Webland for the Mutation & Title Deed Cum PPB Service
- 1st Day: Application received from GSWS to Webland and generation of Form-8 notice
- Day 15-18: Form-8 publication (statutory notice objection period – 15 days)
- Day 19-22: Submission of application by VRO to Tahsildar login
- A Day 23-24: Application processing by Tahsildar
- Day 25: Scrutiny of rejection cases by SC/RDO Final disposal by Tahsildar
Tahsildar Login: Form-8 Notice Generation
Login to Webland 2.0 portal using the Credentials
To log in to the Webland 2.0 portal:
- Enter your username, password, and the captcha code as shown.
- Click the Login button.
Once you are logged in to the Webland 2.0 portal using your Tahsildar credentials:
- Click the Mutation for Corrections tab.
- Click Pending for Corrections.
- After Click on the application number to view the adangal details and citizen requested details for corrections.
- Click the Digital Sign button to generate a Form-8 notice.
- Once the digital signature is complete, click the Generate Form-VIII button.
- After generating the Form-8 notice, enter any remarks and click Forward to VRO for publication and enquiry.
- Upon selecting Forward to VRO, you will see a screen confirming that the notice was successfully forwarded to VRO.
VRO Login: Print & Publication of Form-8 Notice
To log in to the Webland 2.0 portal:
- Enter your username, password, and the captcha code as shown.
- Click the Login button.
Once you are logged in to the Webland 2.0 portal using your Vro credentials:
- Click the Mutation for Corrections tab.
- Click Pending for Corrections.
After the VRO has completed their field inquiry and written their report, they will forward the application to the Tahsildar Login. They will do this by selecting the “Recommend” tab and then selecting “Approve” or “Reject” from the dropdown menu. If they select “Reject”, they must also provide a reason from the “Select Rejected Reason” dropdown menu. The options for rejected reasons are:
- Claiming Excess Extent
- Dotted Lands
- Lands Converted under NALA
- Sadabainama
- Non-Tribal in Agency Area
Once the VRO has selected their recommendation and provided a reason (if necessary), they will click on the “Submit” button. If the submission is successful, they will see a screen that says “Successfully forwarded to Tahsildar
Tahsildar Login: Approval / Recommendations
To log in to the Webland 2.0 portal:
- Enter your username, password, and the captcha code as shown.
- Click the Login button.
Once you are logged in to the Webland 2.0 portal using your Tahsildar credentials:
- Click the Mutation for Corrections tab.
- Click Pending for Corrections.
Based on the field inquiry and enquiry report submitted by the VRO/MRI, the Tahsildar Login shall mention the recommendations under the Recommend Tab, from the dropdown menu: Approve / Reject.
- If Rejected, then mention the reasons under the Select Rejected Reason from the dropdown: Claiming Excess Extent, Dotted Lands, Lands Converted under NALA, Sadabainama, Non-Tribal in Agency Area.
- If Approved, then click on Submit.
Upon click on the “Submit”, the following screen will be shown for Content to Sign (Digital Signature). After completing the Digital Signature, the application shall be forwarded to RDO Login for Scrutiny purpose.
RDO Login: For Scrutiny of the Tahsildar Recommendations
To log in to the Webland 2.0 portal:
- Enter your username, password, and the captcha code as shown.
- Click the Login button.
Once you are logged in to the Webland 2.0 portal using your RDO credentials:
- Click the Mutation for Corrections tab.
- Click Pending for Corrections.
- Based on the enquiry report and recommendations submitted by the Tahsildar, the RDO shall mention their recommendations under the Recommend Tab, from the dropdown menu: Approve / Reject. The RDO shall then forward the application to the concerned Tahsildar’s Login.
- After the RDO has digitally signed the application, it shall be forwarded to the Tahsildar Login for taking further actions.
Tahsildar Login: Final Disposal – After RDO Scrutiny
- Click on the Application Number to view the details of the application, which has been forwarded from RDO Login after Scrutiny. The following screen will be shown:
- Based on the recommendations mentioned by the RDO, the Tahsildar shall take further necessary action and digitally sign the application.
- Once the Tahsildar has digitally signed the application, the updated details will be fetched and the Tahsildar will need to upload a proceedings file.
- To upload the proceedings file, the Tahsildar will need to select the “Choose File” button, select the file and then click on the “Upload” button. Once the file has been uploaded, a message will appear saying “File Uploaded Successfully”.
- Finally, the Tahsildar will need to select the “Digital Sign” button to digitally sign the application. Once the Tahsildar has digitally signed the application, a message will appear saying “Application Approved Successfully
