The BO Program has four main components:
- Registration: The BO team registers all eligible beneficiaries for government schemes. This is done through a door-to-door survey or by visiting the Sachivalayam.
- KYC: The BO team verifies the identity and eligibility of all registered beneficiaries. This is done by collecting their Aadhaar card, ration card, and other documents.
- Payment: The BO team disburses the benefits of government schemes to the registered beneficiaries. This is done through direct benefit transfer (DBT).
- Feedback: The BO team collects feedback from the beneficiaries on the implementation of government schemes.
- This feedback is used to improve the reach and effectiveness of the schemes.
