Jagananna Vidya Deevena(JVD) is a scheme implemented by the government of Andhra Pradesh in India to provide financial assistance to the students pursuing various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state. The scheme aims to support the economically weaker sections of the society who cannot afford the fees for higher education.
Under the Jagananna Vidya Deevena(JVD) scheme, the government provides full fee reimbursement to eligible students studying in government, private, and aided colleges.

Eligibility criteria for the JVD scheme
- The applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- candidate’s family income should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum.
- The candidate must attend a public, private or sponsored university.
- The applicant must have an attendance rate of at least 75% in the previous academic year.
