The AP government has taken steps to improve accessibility to their services. By simply sending a message saying “Hi” on WhatsApp, you can receive information about the status of your application in the secretariat.
To access these services, simply send a message saying “Hi” to the WhatsApp number provided by the village and ward secretariat department.
By selecting a scheme and registering your Aadhaar number, you will immediately know whether your name is on the eligible list or not. If you are declared as ineligible, those details will also appear in that message.
You can also download the verification documents directly onto your mobile phone for up to a month.
GSWS Services Confirmation and Eligibility Status through WhatsApp
For instance, if you have applied for income or caste verification documents at the village or ward secretariats, you will receive information about the approval status of your application through WhatsApp.
In addition, applicants can also receive information about the officer responsible for reviewing their application for verification documents such as pension and ration card, through WhatsApp.
This makes it easier for applicants to track their application status and receive updates.
