The Society for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in Andhra Pradesh (AP) offers a unique certificate known as the AP Sadarem certificate.
- దివ్యాంగులు సదరం సర్టిఫికెట్లు పొందేందుకు జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరి, మార్చి నెలలకు స్లాట్లను ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసింది.
- అభ్యర్థులు గురువారం (04-01-2024) నుంచి గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
- స్లాట్లు బుక్ చేసుకున్నవారికి ఈ నెల 8వ తేదీ నుంచి రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వైద్యశాఖ ఆధ్వర్యాన 173 ప్రభుత్వాస్పత్రుల్లో ఆర్థో పెడిక్, మానసిక, కంటి, ఈఎన్టీ వైద్యులు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి అర్హులకు సదరం ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలు ఇస్తారు.
What is the AP Sadarem Certificate?

Benefits of AP Sadarem Certificate:
This certificate provides a range of benefits to individuals with disabilities in Andhra Pradesh. Some of these benefits include:

Eligibility
Disability:
- Minimum disability percentage: You must have a disability of 40% or higher as assessed by a medical board using the methods prescribed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
- Types of disabilities: Sadarem covers various types of disabilities, including locomotor, visual, hearing, speech, mental, and autistic.
Other criteria:
- Age: You must be between 18 and 45 years old for specific benefits like the free vehicle scheme.
- Income: Your annual income should be less than Rs. 3 lakhs for benefits like the free vehicle scheme.
- Residency: You must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
To cancel old IDs
send an email with the following information
- District/mandal
- Sachivalayam code/name
- Citizen name
- Aadhaar
- Existing Sadaram ID
- Contact number
Please note that you can only cancel your ID once.

SADAREM certificate download with Aadhaar card
Unfortunately, downloading your certificate directly using your Aadhaar card isn’t currently possible. While Aadhaar is linked to your SADAREM profile, the certificate download process primarily relies on your SADAREM ID.
