AI బేస్డ్ హాజరు చాలా సులభతరం గా ఉంటుంది. ఆధార్ డేటా బేస్ కు కూడా లింక్ ఉండదు. స్టోర్ బేస్డ్ గా ఉంటుంది. రెస్పాన్స్ టైం కూడా చాలా తక్కువ ఉంటుంది. బయోమెట్రిక్ , IRIS మరియు ఫేస్ RD కూడా అవసరం ఉండదు.

Steps to enroll AI based facial attendance app
For Employees
- Complete enrolment of face in PS / WS login. ( PS / WS will be responsible for enrollment).
- Login into AI based app with his / her own login credentials. ( GSWS old portal logins)
- Employee can see his / her details in app.
- Mark attendance by selecting AI face option.
For Volunteers
Volunteer can login into app by entering below credentials.
- User ID : Volunteer CFMS ID
- Pwd : Cfm$@#123
పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి లేదా వార్డ్ అడ్మిన్ లాగిన్ లో ఎంప్లాయీస్ One Time రిజిష్టర్ అవ్వాలి. రిజిష్టర్ అయ్యాక వారు తమ GSWS OLD పోర్టల్ లాగిన్ ఐడీ పాస్వర్డ్ ద్వారా లాగిన్ అయ్యి హాజరు వేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. కావున అందరూ తమ GSWS OLD పోర్టల్ లాగిన్ డీటైల్స్ ను అందుబాటు లో ఉంచుకోండి
☛ New attendence App లో Attendence capture చేసినట్లు అయితే Old App లో కూడా update అవుతుంది.
☛ Location Range above 1500 meters అయినా కూడా Attendence capture అవుతుంది.
☛ ఈ వారం చివరి వరకు Old App పనిచేస్తుంది తర్వాత నుండి అందరూ New App లోనే Attendence capture చేయాలి.
