Benefits for Employees
- Accidental Death/Permanent Disability: A lump sum of Rs. 10 lakhs is provided to the insured or their nominee in case of accidental death or permanent disability.
- Medical Expenses: Up to Rs. 1 lakh is covered for medical expenses incurred due to accidental injuries or sickness.
- Emergency Return: One-way economy air tickets are provided for the insured and one attendant in case of non-continuation of work due to sickness or accidental injury.
- Maternity Benefit: Rs. 35,000 for normal deliveries and Rs. 50,000 for cesarean deliveries are offered to the insured woman.
- Family Medical Cover: Rs. 50,000 per year is provided for medical expenses incurred by any dependent family member of the deceased policyholder.
- Legal Aid: Rs. 45,000 is offered for legal fees associated with employment litigation.
