Guidelines for Recounting & Re-verification
Application Procedure:
Candidates can apply for re-counting and re-verification of answer sheets through the online application from 23-04-2024 to 30-04-2024 till 11:00 PM. The previous process of offline/manual applications has been discontinued and an online application has been designed for recounting and re-verification purpose.
Candidates who wish to apply for re-counting and re-verification of answer sheets should immediately request the concerned school HM to apply for the same and submit the fee to the concerned School HM only.
School HM/Principal/Correspondent should thoroughly check the manual of the online application before submitting and paying for the applications for re-counting and re-verification of answer scripts of SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.
All fee payments are to be made online only, which can be accessed from the official website “www.bse.ap.gov.in” after filling the form. Under no circumstances, fee payments will be accepted through CFMS Citizen Chalan. Payments made through CFMS Citizen Chalan will not be accepted and will not be refunded or adjusted. O/o DGE, A.P., will not be responsible for any payments made through CFMS Citizen Chalan.
Documents Required
Before filling the online application form, Principals should keep the following documents ready:
- List of students from the school who appeared for SSC Public Examinations, March 2024.
- List of subjects/papers for which students wish to apply for recounting/re-verification.
- Student/parent’s mobile number and student/parent’s email ID. (Mobile number and email ID are mandatory to be filled in the form while filling the online application)
- Application fee should be paid online (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ UPI)
Application Fee
- The application fee for recounting of each subject’s answer sheet is Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) and for re-verification of each subject’s answer script is Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only).
Other Instructions
- Fee payments can be made for all candidates at once or at different times. It is not necessary to make payments for all students at once. The number of subjects can also be increased. Therefore, principals are instructed not to wait till the last day and submit applications along with the fee before the due date.
- Applications sent by post to O/o DGE, AP (Board of Secondary Education, A.P.) will not be accepted. Individual applications received at O/o DGE, A.P., or O/0 DEO’s in the districts will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Migration Certificate
Obtaining Digital Signed Migration Certificate
- Candidates who applied for migration certificate at the time of submitting exam application and fees can contact the concerned HM to obtain the digitally signed migration certificate. It will be available on the official website www.bse.ap.gov.in, four (4) days after the declaration of results.
Distribution of Migration Certificate
- The Head Master shall download the digitally signed migration certificate in color PDF format and must distribute it to all the applied candidates along with the subject-wise marks memorandum.
Distribution of Original SSC Pass Certificates
- Original SSC pass certificates with subject-wise marks will be sent to all the schools in due course. The concerned HM shall affix their signature on the certificate and then hand over the original SSC certificate to the student.
